抗脂肪肝冲剂小鼠急性毒性实验研究

Study on Acute Toxicity Test of Anti-Fatty Liver Dilution Agent on Mouse

目的 观察抗脂肪肝冲剂对小鼠急性毒性试验。方法 灌胃法采用小鼠一日内给最大浓度 ,最大体积药量 (相当于人临床用药等效剂量的 72 .6倍 ) ,给药后观察一周。结果 小鼠未出现任何毒性反应。结论 表明抗脂肪肝冲剂 ,其急性毒性试验安全无毒。

Objective To observe the acute toxicity of anti-fatty liver dilusion agent on mouse.Method Mice sotmach were irrigated with the maximum conentration and the maximum volume drug(corrsponding to 72.6 times of human clinical equivalent dosage),and were observed for one week.Results No toxic reaction were observed.Conclusion It is indicated that anti-fatty liver dilution agent is safe and hasnt toxicity.
