螺旋CT对骨关节骨折的临床应用

Clinical Application of Helical CT for Fracture of Bone-Joint

目的 探讨螺旋CT对骨关节骨折的临床应用价值。方法 对骨关节骨折病例行螺旋CT扫描 ,进行三维重建和多轴位重建 ,从不同角度对重建图像进行观察。结果可了解骨折的程度和范围 ,骨折碎片与脊膜囊以及神经根的关系 ,椎管有无狭窄。结论 螺旋CT所具有的三维重建技术和多轴位重建技术 ,对外科手术前治疗方案的制定有重要价值。

Objective To investigave the clinical application of Helical CT for fracture of bone-joint.Method The patients who suffered from frracture of bone-joint were scaned by Helical CT,Rebuiding of three-dimensional and the multi-axis were carried out,the rebuilding images were observed from different angles.Results We could observe the degree and range of fracture,the relationship between fracture chip,spinal meninges capsule and never root,whether the vertebral canal is narrow.Conclusions The thchnique of rebuilding of three-dimensional and multi-axis of Helical CT will be of great value of making the plan before operation.
