^(103)钯放射粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的临床应用

Application of Implantion with ^(103)Pd Seeds for the Treatment of Carcinoma

目的 主要探讨10 3Pd源放射粒子植入对肿瘤治疗的作用 .方法 通过手术方式把10 3Pd源放射粒子植入到肿瘤内 .结果 14例患者都顺利进行了植入 ,术后死亡两例 .讨论 目前放射粒子植入主要有两种 :12 5I和10 3Pd .对于生长较迅速的肿瘤 ,由于10 3Pd源放射粒子有较高的初始剂量 。

Objective the aim of the study is to investigate the effects of implantation with 103 Pd Seeds for the treatment of Carcinoma. Methods throught the operation to implant the 103 Pd Seeds into Carcinoma. Results All the patient were be implanted with 103 Pd Seeds,and two ptient die after operation. Conclusions At persent,radioactive seeds have two kinds: 125 I seed and 103 Pd seed,.For higher elementary dose of the 103 Pd Seeds, it should has better effect on carcinoma with quickly growth.
