机械性窒息死亡血中K^+、Cl^-变化的实验研究

摘要 目的 通过实验研究 ,探讨机械性窒息死亡血中K+ 、Cl 的变化及其法医学意义。方法 将家兔以 6种机械性窒息方式处死 ,包括缢死、勒死、扼死、捂死、淡水中溺死、挤压胸腹部。分别测定家兔静脉血中K+ 、Cl 浓度。结果 机械性窒息死亡血中K+ 浓度明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,Cl-浓度变化不明显。结论 鉴定机械性窒息死亡时 ,可以检验血中K+ 、Cl-浓度 ,如果K+ 浓度明显增高 。 Objective To study the change of K + and Cl - in the blood of the rabbits which died from mechanical asphyxia and the significance on rorensic medicine.Methods The rabbits were put to death by six kinds of mechanical asphyxia,including haning,strangulation by ligature,manual strangulation,smothering,dromning,traumatic asphyxia.The consistency of K + and Cl - in venous blood were measured respretively.Results The results showed that the concentration of K +rose remarkably( P <0.01).The change of Cl - was not evidently.Conclusion We consider that of the concentration of K + and Cl - in blood can be determined for the identification of death from mechanical asphyxia. If the concentration of K + in blood rises sharply it may be proved the death is from mechanical asphyxia.
