儿青溃疡散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical observation on "Er-Qing Kui Yang San" treating recurrent oral ulcer

目的 研究儿青溃疡散对复发性口腔溃疡治疗的临床疗效。方法 180例复发性口腔溃疡患者分为三组 ,分别为治疗组 6 0人 ,应用儿青溃疡散涂敷 ;对照A组 6 0人 ,应用确炎舒松 -A局部注射 ;对照B组 6 0人 ,口服强地松 ,观察临床疗效。结果 治疗组与对照A组和对照B组在治疗效果有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 儿青溃疡散对复发性口腔溃疡患者治疗效果明显 。

Objective To observe the curative effect of 'Er-Qing Kui Yang San'in treating recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 180 cases ROU patients ranging from 16 to 74 years old were equally divided into three groups:(1)Exterral using of 'Er-Qing Kui Yang San'locally in therapeutic group treated with.(2)Local injection Triamcinolone A cetonide control group A given the injection of Triam inolone A cetonide.(3)In control group B with oral administration of Prednisone. Results The curative effect in therapeutic group was significantly remarkable than that in control groups( P <0 01).Conclusion 'Er-Qing Kui Yang San'has a therapeutic effect on ROU patients and is worthy of clinical application.
