抗条锈病小麦—中间偃麦草异附加系的生化与分子标记 被引量:13

摘要 对小麦—中间偃麦草部分双二倍体无芒中 4、异附加系 C0 76、宛 71 0 7和中国春进行了肽链内切酶 (EP- 1 )等电聚焦电泳 ,结果表明 ,肽链内切酶在阳极处有一特异带。肽链内切酶已定位于小麦第 7部分同源群 ,故附加的染色体为第 7部分同源群的 2条染色体。对中间偃麦草、无芒中 4、C0 76和宛 71 0 7进行了 RAPD分析 ,获得了可用于检测 C0 76中外源染色体的 3个 RAPD标记 ,即 OPI0 5 - 80 0 、OPI1 0 - 60 0 、OPK1 0 - 90 0 。 A wheat- Th.intermedium addition line,which was yellow rust resistance,was found to be homoeologous to group 7 based on endopeptidase isozyme analyses.A specific band was found in partial amphiploid Zhong 4 awnless,addition line C076,but not in wheat line Wan7107.Three RAPD markers,OPI05 -800,OPI10 -600,OPK10 -900,were identified with 360 primers. Th.intermedium ,Zhong 4 awnless,C076 had specific band but Wan7107 hadn't.These markers could be used as molecular markers to detect Th.intermedium chromatin in wheat background and used as markers to select translocation in progenies.
