All the measurements are in mm. The type specimens are deposited in the College of Life Science,Hunan Normal University.Mallinella gongi sp.nov. (Figs.1-5) Holotype♂, Daoxian (25°30′N,111°36′E).Hunan Province, 11 Aug. 1985, by GONG Lian-Su. Body length 5.50. Cephalothorax 2.80×1.96; petiole 0.40, abdomen 2.30×1.86. This new species is allied to Mallinella sadanotoi (Ono et Tanikawa, 1900), but it can be distinguished by: 1) the different markings on each abdomen dorsum; 2) the distal end of the latter′s median apophysis of the palpal organ not bifurcate and absence of the embolic apophysis. Female unknown.Mallinella maolanensis Wang, Ran et Chen,1999 (Figs.6-13) Examined material. 1♂,1♀ Mt. Nanyue. Hengshan County (27°18′N,112°42′E).Hunan Province, 3-7 Aug. 1995, by YIN Chang-Min. Female. Body length 6.10, Cephalothorax 2.80×2.00; abdomen 3.10×2.40. The female individual of Mallinella maolanensis is similar to Mallinella fulvipus (Ono et Tanikawa, 1900), but it can be distinguished by: 1) the different markings on each abdomen dorsum (Figs.8,9) ; 2) the surface of the spermathaca of the former more smooth than that of the latter (Figs.10,11). Only male of Mallinella maolanensis was reported before.Female is first described in this paper.
