视交叉上核中褪黑素受体mRNA的昼夜节律性表达 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨视交叉上核 (SCN)中不同亚型褪黑素受体mRNA的表达节律。方法 采用竞争性RT -PCR法定量检测不同时点SCN中褪黑素受体基因的mRNA表达。结果 两种褪黑素受体亚型mRNA的表达都具有昼夜节律性 ,但节律参数不同。结论 光照影响MT1的mRNA表达 ;两种褪黑素亚型受体可能具有不同的生物学功能。 Objective To explore circadian expression of mRNA of melatonin receptor subtypes mRNA in SCN.Methods Using competitive reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) to determine melatonin receptors (MT 1 and MT 2) mRNA in SCN at different time of a day.Results Two melatonin receptor subtypes mRNA in SCN expressed in the pattern of circadian rhythm,with different parameters.Conclusions The two subtypes of melatonin receptors might function differently,and the light may affect the expression of MT 1 mRNA.
