姜黄水溶物对癌细胞离体增殖的影响

摘要 目的 研究姜黄水溶物对癌细胞离体增殖的影响。方法 用3 H -TdR参入法和细胞计数法 ,分别观察不同量的姜黄水溶物对急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)患者外周血T细胞及骨髓细胞合成DNA的能力 (代表增殖能力 )以及对L5178y(小鼠淋巴瘤 )细胞离体增殖的影响。结果 姜黄水溶物对ALL患者外周血T细胞及骨髓细胞合成DNA的能力有明显抑制作用 ;对L5178y癌细胞离体增殖也有明显抑制作用 ,且这种抑制作用随着姜黄水溶物添加量增加而增加。但对正常人T细胞及正常小鼠骨髓细胞无上述抑制作用。结论 姜黄水溶物能明显抑制癌细胞离体增殖。 Objective To study the effect of soluble substances of turmeric in water on the proliferation of cancer cells. Methods 3H-TdR incorporation and usual count of cells were used to observe the effect of soluble substances of turmeric in water on the ability of T-lymphocytes and bone marrow cells synthesizing DNA,and on the proliferation of L 5178Y cancer cells.Results The soluble substances of turmeric in water could obviously inhibit the ability of T-Lymphocytes and bone marrow ecells synthesizing DNA,and could inhibit the proliferation of L 5178Y cancer cells.This inhibitory effect was related with the added quantity of soluble substances of turmeric in water.Conclusion The soluble substances of turmeric in water can obviously inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in vitro.
