人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞增殖及相关因子的动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、表皮生长因子(EGF)在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达,并探讨其在晶状体发育中的作用。方法用SP免疫细胞化学法对48例人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞进行PCNA,TGF-β1,EGF免疫细胞化学染色。结果PCNA,TGF-β1,EGF在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞内均有表达;免疫阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。PCNA阳性细胞核为桔黄色或棕黄色;TGF-β1,EGF阳性细胞浆为桔黄色或棕黄色的颗粒状或斑块状;经相关分析,TGF-β1与EGF以及TGF-β1,EGF与PCNA均呈正相关。结论PCNA,TGF-β1,EGF在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞内均有表达;TGF-β1,EGF具有协同作用,共同促进晶状体上皮细胞的增殖。 ObjectiveTo observe the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in lens epithelial cells (LECs) of human fetus and study their roles in the lens development.MethodsSP immunocytochemical techniques were applied for PCNA,TGF-β1 and EGF in LECs of different fetal ages.ResultsThe expressions of PCNA,TGF-β1 and EGF were found in LECs of different fetal ages.The numbers of positive cells were decreased with the growth of the fetus.The positive staining for PCNA was orange or brown in the nucleus.the positive staining for TGF-β1 and EGF were orange or brown and were scattered or mottled within the cytoplasm.the positive correlation was found between TGF-β1 and EGF,TGF-β1 and PCNA,EGF and PCNA.ConclusionThere are all expressions of PCNA,TGF-β1 and EGF in LECs of different fetal ages.TGF-β1 and EGF have associated action in promoting the proliferation of LECs.
