摘要
眼免疫赦免是一个主动的调节过程,除了眼部解剖特征以及眼实质细胞构成性表达Fas配体、膜结合性补体之外,其局部的免疫抑制微环境在眼免疫赦免的形成中起了重要的作用。眼微环境中含有多种潜在的免疫调节因子,其免疫抑制活性成分可分成相对分子质量为3 000~5 000和小于3 000两部分。这些细胞因子通过调节眼部抗原递呈、抑制炎症因子等作用诱导前房相关免疫偏离,从而避免眼发生免疫性炎症。
Ocular immune privilege (IP) is an active process.Besides anatomic factors and constitutive expression of cell surface molecules such as Fas Ligand and inhibitors of complement,the immune suppressive microenvironment play an important role in the maintenance of IP.The factors that contribute to this microenvironment include two parts:proteins with a molecular weight between 3 000~5 000 and those with low molecular weight (<3 000).These factors modulate the antigen processing within the eye and inhibit the generation of inflammation mediators,therefore leading to the induction of anterior chamber associated immune deviation.It is well proved that IP within the eye is an important mechanism to prevent the development of intraocular inflammation.
