A Study of Relativity Between Obstructive Sleep-apnea Syndrome and the Hypertension

为探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)与高血压之间的关系。对 5 0例拟诊为OSAS的病人根据血压水平分为高血压组和正常血压组 ,均行夜间多导睡眠图检查 ,监测其呼吸暂停低通气指数、最低血氧饱和度、睡眠期间血压。结果显示 :两组病人在年龄、体重指数、呼吸暂停低通气指数、最低血氧饱和度方面存在显著性差异。提示 。

To probe into the relations between obstructive sleep-apnea syndrome and hypertension,50 cases of primarily diagnosed as obstructive sleep-apnea syndrome were divided into both hypertension group and normal blood pressure group according to their blood pressure level. Patients in both groups were taken multichannel somnograph and their apnea hypo-ventilation index, the lowest oxygen saturation of blood, and their blood pressure during sleeping were monitored. Results showed that in terms of age, body weight index, apnea hypo-ventilation index, and the lowest oxygen saturation of blood, there were significant differences between the two groups. Suggested that there are some relationship between obstructive sleep-apnea syndrome and hypertension.
