心内测压管在心内直视术后的应用

Use of Intracardiac Manometric Tube in Patients Underwent Intracardiac Repair Under Direct Vision

为探讨心内测压管在小儿心内直视术后的监测方法及临床意义 ,对 5 3例心内直视术后放置心内测压管的患儿采用心血管多功能监护仪进行心内压力动态监测 ,并对相关数值进行分析。结果显示 :本组术后无一例发生堵管、栓塞、脱管、出血、感染等并发症。提示 ,熟练掌握各测压管的正确连接 ,密切监测心内压力变化 ,准确判断相关数值的临床意义是预防各种并发症、提高手术成功率。

To probe into both the way of monitoring and clinical significance of intracardiac manometric tube in post-surgical children of intracardiac repair under direct vision, 53 cases of pediatric patients were carried out intracardiac pressure continuously monitored by utilizing of cardiovascular multiple-functional monitoring system and the related values were analyzed. Results:patients in this group, after the operation, none of them had had complications such as tube obstruction, embolism, tube dropped, hemorrhage, and infections etc. Suggested that to prevent all kinds of complications, and to enhance both the success rate and cure rate of the operation, the key points includes skillfully mastering the right ways to connect manometric tubes, closely monitoring intracardiac pressure changes, and accurately assessing clinical significance of the related numerical values.
