To reasonably control the cost of engineering projects is the key measure taken by construction enterprises to increase in-come and efficiency. This paper expounds the said subject from the bid rate angle, viz. , the analysis of bid rate data is first effected before working out of the cost control objective of engineering projects, based on which measures will be then taken of cost control.
