摘要
目的 采用单片机对 X射线源进行控制 ,使其稳定地工作在要求的电压和电流下 .方法 采用 PID算法对 X射线源进行控制 .结果 该系统稳定可靠 ,精确度较高 .结论 采用单片机对 X射线源控制 ,方法简单、价格便宜、易于实现 。
Aim\ Using SCM to control X Ray source to make it work in a steady voltage and current. Methods\ Applying PID arithmetic to control X Ray source. Results\ The system is steady and reliable and being more accurate. Conclusion\ Appling SCM to control X Ray source, the method is simple and the cost is low, in addition, being liable to implement and having broad applying prospect.
