中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作80例临床报告

Clinical report on 80 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute attack period treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

运用中医辨证论治配合西医治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性发作期 80例。中医按痰瘀交阻、肺热壅滞、阳虚水泛、痰蒙神窍、阴血亏损五型辨证 ;西医以吸氧 ,解痉平喘 ,抗感染 ,纠正呼衰及心衰为基础治疗。结果 :显效 6 0例 ,有效 16例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 95 %。

Combination of TCM with Westem medicine were applied in treating 80 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute attack period.The patients were divided into 5 types according to the TCM differentiation and diagnosis:mixture of phlegm and blood stasis,obstruction of the lung-qi,edema due to yang insufficiency,mental confusion due to phlegm,deficiency of yin blood.The basic treatment methods were oxygen inhalation,relieving spasm to prevent asthma,anti-inflammation,correction of respiratory failure and heart failure.Results:60 cased were significantly effective,16 cases were effective.
