半夏泻心汤及其拆方对正常大鼠胃肠运动功能的影响 被引量:31

Effects of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and Its Different Ingredient Combinations on Gastrointestinal Motility in Healthy Rats

摘要 以十二指肠快波振幅与快波持续时间为指标 ,观察半夏泻心汤及其各组拆方对正常大鼠十二指肠平滑肌电活动的影响 ,探讨半夏泻心汤及其拆方影响胃肠运动功能的作用差异性 ,为半夏泻心汤配伍意义的总结提供一个实验研究的参照。实验结果表明 ,甘调药组、辛开苦降药组、辛开甘调药组和全方组对十二指肠快波振幅与快波持续时间起到增强作用 ;而辛开药组、苦降药组、苦降甘调药组对十二指肠快波振幅与快波持续时间起到抑制作用。 In order to investigate the different effects of Banxiaxiexin Decoction (BD) and its different ingredient combinations on gastrointestinal motility in healthy rats and to provide experimental data for generalizing the principles of formulating the formula of BD, the effects of BD and its different ingredient combinations on myoelectric activity of the duodenal smooth muscle were measured, with the amplitude of vibration of the duodenal fast wave and the duration of duodenal fast wave as the experimental criteria. The results showed that the combination of ingredients with sweet taste and regulating action, the combination of ingredients with both pungent taste and resuscitating action and bitter taste and descending action, the combination of ingredients with both pungent taste and resuscitating action and sweet taste and regulating action, and the whole ingredients of BD, could reinforce the amplitude of duodenal fast wave and the duration of duodenal fast wave, while the combination of ingredients with pungent taste and resuscitating action, the combination of ingredients with bitter taste and descending action, and the combination of ingredients with both bitter taste and descending action and sweet taste and regulating action could inhibit the amplitude of duodenal fast wave and the duration of duodenal fast wave.
