摘要
为探讨金匮肾气丸对“恐伤肾”大鼠中枢神经系统丘脑、海马部位c fos基因表达的影响 ,采用惊恐刺激大鼠 ,造成“恐伤肾”动物模型 ,通过免疫组化方法测定大鼠丘脑、海马c fos基因表达情况。结果发现惊恐刺激可引起大鼠丘脑、海马c fos基因表达增高 ,而金匮肾气丸对这种高表达有控制或降低的作用趋势。提示金匮肾气丸对惊恐刺激大鼠丘脑、海马中c fos基因表达有控制和降低的作用趋势。
The effects of Jinguishenqi Pills (JP) on c fos gene expression in the thalamus and hippocampus were immunohistochemically investigated in the rats with TCM syndrome of the kidney being hurt by fear induced by frightening stimulation. The results showed that frightening stimulation could increase the level of c fos gene expression, and JP exhibited a tendency to control or lower the increased c fos gene expression.
