三七对胃癌前病变大鼠胃粘膜癌基因蛋白异常表达的影响

Effects of the Root of Panax Notoginseng on the Abnormal Expressions of Oncogene Proteins in Gastric Mucosa in the Rats with Precancerous Lesions

采用幽门弹簧插入加热糊复合方法 16周复制大鼠胃癌前病变模型 ,免疫组化法检测三七粉0 .6 g/ (kg·d)治疗 12周对胃癌前病变大鼠胃粘膜上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)、C erbB 2、H ras、Bcl 2等癌基因蛋白表达水平的影响。结果显示大鼠癌前病变胃粘膜上述 4种癌基因蛋白阳性表达细胞较正常组大鼠明显增多 ,表达强度显著增强 (P <0 .0 1) ,而三七治疗组 4种癌基因蛋白阳性细胞数和表达强度均显著低于模型组和蒸馏水组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示胃癌前病变大鼠胃粘膜上皮细胞存在着EGFR、C erbB 2、H ras、Bcl 2等癌基因表达的异常增高现象 ,三七则有可能通过降低上述癌基因的异常表达发挥治疗胃癌前病变的作用。

The effects of the powder of the root of Panax notoginseng (PRPN) on the expressions of 4 oncogene proteins (namely EGFR, C erB 2, H ras and Bcl 2) in gastric mucosa were immunohistochemically investigated in the rats with precancerous lesions induced by a complex method of pylorus spring insertion plus hot paste. It was found that the expressions of the above mentioned 4 oncogene proteins markedly increased in the rats in the model group compared with those in the rats in the normal control group ( P <0.01), while both the positive cell numbers and the expressions of the 4 oncogene proteins markedly decreased in the rats in the PRPN treating group compared with those in the rats in the model group and distilled water group ( P <0.01). The results suggest that there are abnormally increased expressions of the 4 oncogene proteins in gastric mucosa in the rats with precancerous lesions, and maybe PRPN exerts its effects in treating gastric precancerous lesions through decreasing the abnormally increased expressions of the 4 oncogene proteins.
