α-synuclein与神经系统变性疾病
摘要
α -synuclein在神经组织中广泛存在 ,NACP是其人类同系物。α -synuclein基因的突变与家族性帕金森病(FPD)相关 ,而在PD的路易氏小体和Alzheimer病淀粉样斑块中也有大量的α -synuclein/NACP及其片断NAC存在。另外在其它神经系统变性疾病中也发现含α -synuclein的细胞内包涵体 ,提示不同原因引起的α
