摘要 能损实时监测系统的开发和使用是目前火力发电厂实现经济运行和强化生产管理的重要措施之一 ,也是竞价上网政策实施的前提和关键。实现能损实时监测关键的是实时参数的采集。传统的能损监测系统一般通过分布式智能数采前端和通讯卡为硬件条件 ,通过对硬件的组态及运用软件研发而完成 ;而本系统的数据采集是利用电厂现有的MIS系统 ,通过与Intranet内部的局域网网络通信实现的 ,因此不需要数据采集的硬件装置和软件设计 ,不仅简化了系统、节约了投资 ,还缩短了系统开发周期。 The development and application of real-time energy-loss monitoring system is one of the major measures taken by thermal power plant to realize the economical operation and strengthened production management, what's more, it's also the precondition and the key point to the policy of the price competition to supply power to grid. The most important phase of the energy-loss monitoring system is to obtain the real-time data. It's conventionally realized by the hardware of distributed intelligent data acquisition foreparts and communicating cards with the software configuration of the hardware as well as some later programming work. But its realization in this system is to share data with the MIS of the power plant in existence by means of LAN communication in the Intranet. Therefore, the traditional hardware devices and software programming are no more needed in this system, which is not only simplifying the system and saving the investment, but also shortening the development period. This paper introduces this system on the whole.
