摘要
应用放射免疫分析方法测定了16只豚鼠下呼吸道内K物质的含量。结果表明,肺内含量最高,支气管次之,气管最低。应用ABC免疫酶组织化学方法研究了K物质免疫反应纤维在16只豚鼠下呼吸道的分布,结果指出,K物质免疫反应纤维分布于:1)各级呼吸道粘膜固有层、粘膜下层、平滑肌内及外膜层;2)肺内各级血管壁内平滑肌层,外膜层及二者的交界处,以及血管周围的结缔组织内;3)肺泡隔内。本文并讨论了K物质与某些呼吸道疾病的发病之间可能的联系。
The concentration of substance K and the distribution of substance K-immunoreactive fibers in the lower respiratory tract were studied separately by means of radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry in 16 guinea pigs. The concentration of substance K in the lung is higher than that in the bronchus and that in the bronchus is higher than that in the trachea. Substance K immunoreactive fibers wereobserved: 1)in the lamina propria, tela submucosa, tunica muscularis and adventitia of every level of the lower respiratory tract; 2)around blood vessels in the lung in their smooth muscle layer, tunica adventitia and the border between them; 3)in septa alveoli. The possible relationship between substance K and pathogenesis of some respiratory diseases was also discussed.
