摘要
梅山热电压厂1#锅炉升炉时尾部烟道积水、煤粉无法投用,经过对锅炉煤气燃烧器的改造、点火方案的优化,问题得以解决,且高炉煤气掺烧量高于国内同类型锅炉。
Powder coal could not be fed into No.1 boiler of Meishan Heat Power Plant owing to ponding at the end of the flue when the boiler was lighted a fire. Through transformation of the boiler's gas burners and optimization of firing plans, the above problem was solved. The boiler's additional amount of blast furnace gas was more than that of the domestic similar boilers.
