摘要
最近,我们对氯化钙在提高小麦抗旱性机理方面进行了研究。试验结果表明:钙处理可以提高细胞原生质的表观粘度及细胞基态渗透值并降低细胞膜的透性。同时,在水分胁迫条件下,钙处理能提高脯氨酸含量、光合速率和硝酸还原酶的活性。
In present work,the mechanism of effect of calcium chloride on enhanced drought-resistance of wheat was studied.The results showed that the apparent protoplasmic visicosity and the osmotic groundvalue were increased by the treatment with calcium,either seeds sorking or seedlings sprayed,but it was decreased for relative permeability of pla- smatlemma.And at the same time the photosynthetic rate and the activ- ity of nitrate reductase were enhanced especially under water stress. Therefore calcium chloride can be considered as one of drought resistance agents.
