大鼠腹侧间脑至软脑膜的传出联系——PHA-L法研究

THE EFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE VENTRAL DIENCEPHALON TO PIA MATER IN THE RAT: PHA-L METHOD STUDY

用16只Wistar大鼠以PHA-L免疫组化顺行追踪技术研究了腹侧间脑主要是下丘脑室旁核及其邻近区域至某些部位软脑膜的传出联系。在乳头体、丘脑背外侧份、中脑与间脑相接部背面中线旁等部位脑表软脑膜和软脑膜下见有丰富的标记纤维,并附有许多膨体和终扣。这些纤维似乎构成脑-脑脊液神经体液回路的一个组成环节。

The efferent connections of ventral diencephalon namely hypothalamic paraventricular aucteus and adjacent areas to pin mater were traced anterogradely with phaseolus vulgaris leucoagglutinin(PHA-L)immunohistochemical technique in 16 Wistar rats. Widespread labelled efferent fibres with numerous boutons of passage and terminal boutons were found in or beneath the pia mater in certain locations, such as mammillary body, dersolateral thalamus, dorsal surface of transition area from meseacephalon to diencepealoa and se on. These fidres scemed to be related to the brain-CSF circuit.
