滚齿-剃齿-热处理工序加工误差的回归分析

摘要 本文对20CrMnTi汽车齿轮加工中三道工序误差进行了详细的实验研究,首次将数理统计学中多元回归分析、逐步回归分析以及偏相关系数引入滚-剃-热加工工序中。全面、系统地论证了三道工序中误差的相关关系以及工序间误差的转换关系;指出了齿轮加工中各道工序主要超差的项目;并从理论上对误差之间的关系进行了推导和分析。实验结果和理论分析二者是吻合的。本文的结论对进一步深化齿轮误差理论的研究及进一步稳定7级齿轮加工精度是有益的。 The errors of the three important processes-bobbing, shaving and heat treatment of 20CrMnTi automobile gear had been studied experimentally. It may be the first time that the polybase regression, the progressive regression and cross-relation in statics had been introduced into the error analysis. The relative coefficients and the error transfer between these processes had been illustrated completecy and systematically. The main items had been indicated with which the error limit in gear machining was ex- ceeded. The relationship between errors had been revealed theoretically. The result of the experiments were quite coinciding with that from theorectical analysis. The conclusion condensed fron this paper will be helpful to the further study of theory about gear error and to keep the accuracy of gear machining stably on grade 7.
