夏谷数量性状遗传距离及在育种上的应用

Genetic Distance of Quantitative Characters in Summer Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica(L.)Beauv.)and Its Usage in Millet Breeding

利用多元分析法测定亲本间数量性状的遗传距离,进行了聚类分析。根据亲本间遗传距离大于类群间平均遗传距离结合选配杂交亲本的常规原则,选择亲本配制杂交组合,所得结果与夏谷育种的实践基本相符合。故从亲本分类入手,研究亲本选配方法,可增强对杂种后代的预见性。

In this paper,the method of selecting and mating parents,started with clustering parents,was studied according to quantitative genetic distance standpoint.It can increase the foresight on hybrids. Genetic distances of quantitative characters were measured and par- ents were clustered with method of multivariable analysis.The results from selecting parents and making cross combination based on that gen- etic distance was larger than mean of interclusters,and combined conventional principles,approximately tallied with practical experience.
