摘要
遗传育种研宄者估计基因互作效应,常采用 Hayman 法或 Gamble 法。本文利用两套棉花六世代资料估计了上位性模型中的六个参数,结果表明,Gamble 法较 Hayman 法在基因效应估计及对杂种后代杂种优势现象的解释方面更为合理。
The additive,dominant and epistatic gene effects were evaluated with Gamble's and Hayman's methods of two sets of materials of cotton,which contained P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2 generations.The heterosis vigors of F1 and F2 generations were-also estimated.The results indicated that Gamble's method,on giving interpretation togene effects and heterosis vigors,was more accurate and reasonable than Hayman's.
