摘要
针对现场中电子皮带秤运行动态准确度低的问题 ,在理论上建立了电子皮带秤测量的数学模型 ,验证其准确性后 ,用B_P神经网络去近似此模型 ,通过神经网络来校正测量值 ,克服系统的动态误差 .设计中考虑了工程中应用的可能性 ,不需要现场做大量实验 。
Aiming at the problem that the running dynamic accuracy of electronic belt balance in_situ is very low, a mathematical model of electronic belt balance measuring is established theoretically; and the BP neural networks are used to approach this model after validating its validity. Neural networks are used to calibrate the measuring value and to conquer dynamic error of system. The probability of engineering application is taken into account in design, so lots of test in_situ are no need. This method has preferable practicability.
