有色膜覆盖下韭菜光合作用特性的研究

摘要 本文对红、黄、绿、蓝、紫、无色膜覆盖下的韭菜光合作用特性进行研究结果表明,韭苯在黄、绿、蓝、紫色膜下表现徒长,在红、无色膜下生长正常;无、红、黄色膜下韭菜叶片的叶绿素含量较高,蓝、紫色膜下叶绿素含量较低,绿膜下叶绿素含量居中;在各种色膜下韭菜叶片的叶绿素 a/b 比值按从高到低的顺序排列为:无、黄、红、绿、蓝、紫;红膜下韭菜叶片的净光合速率最大,比无色膜下增加24.6%,蓝膜下净光合速率最小,比无色膜下减少27.1%;红膜下韭菜单株鲜重最大,比无色膜下增加15%;而红膜下单株干重比无色膜下减少9.8%,植株干物率减少2.2%。 Under red,yellow,green,blue,violet and colourless plastic film, photosynthetic characters of Chinese Chive were studied.The results were as follows: 1.Chinese Chive grew excessive under yellow,green,blue and vio- let plastic film and fine under colourless and red plastic film. 2.Chinese Chive grown under colourless,red,yellow plastic film had much higher chlorophyll content,but that grown under blue and vio- let plastic film had lower chlorophyll content,and that grown under green plastic film had middling chloropyll content. 3.Chl.a/Chl.b ratio in the leaf of Chinese Chive grown under each col- our plastic film was arranged,from high to low,as follows:colourless, yellow,red,green,blue,violet. 4.Under red plastic film,the net photosynthetic rate was the ma- ximum,and it increased by 24.6% in comparison with under colourless plastic film. 5.Under red plastic film,the plant fresh weight was the maxim- um,and it increased by 15.0% in comparison with under colourless plastic film,but the plant dry weight decreased by 9.8% and the plant dry weight ratio decreased by 2.2%.
