浅谈小浪底水库泥沙问题

小浪底水库已于 2 0 0 0年 1月下闸蓄水 ,其入库水沙过程受制于三门峡水库出库水沙过程。因此 ,小浪底水库的运用必须考虑入库的水沙特点 ,水库泥沙问题也应结合库区其他条件来研究。制订水库运用方案时应充分吸取三门峡、官厅、巴家嘴等水库的经验教训 ,以期达到合理的目标。建议对富裕输沙能力问题、异重流排沙问题进行深入研究 。

Establishment of the former's operational schemes should be based on experience and lessons from the operations of Sanmenxia, Guanting, Bajiazui reservoirs, etc. It is suggested that more in depth study on excess sediment carrying capacity as well as discharging sediment through density flow be done. Problems of sediment regulation on a multi year basis should be addressed.
