呋喃(口旦)啶是广泛应用的一种泌尿系抗菌剂.当应用大剂量或有肾脏功能损害时可产生周围神经病,国内外曾有报道.本文报告一例应用呋喃(口旦)啶后产生小脑损害,伴发周围神经病的情况,并作相应探讨。

Furadantin is a kind of urdogical system antibiotic which is widely used.When it is used in large dosage,or kidney function is damaged,it will produce peripheral nervous dis- ease.This report will show you an example of the damage function to cerebellum and the peripheral nervous disease produced by furadantin.
