摘要
本文研究了 ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化剂的不同改性方法.并发现了一种新的改性方法,通过此法改性所制得的催化剂具有较高的催化活性和对二甲苯选择性.在温度范围为723~823 K,空速范围为6~14 h^(-1)条件下,研究了该催化剂的甲苯甲醇烷基化性能.结果表明:在实验条件下,CZSM-5具有很好的催化性能.当反应温度为773 K,空速为6 h^(-1)时,甲苯转化率为30.1%,对二甲苯选择性为94.3%.
Different methods to modify ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were studied.A new method was recovered by which the modified catalyst has high catalytic activity and the para-xylene selectivity.The alkylation of toluene with mathanol was inves- tigated in the temperature range 723~823 K and the WHSV range~14h^(-1).It was showed that for the best catalyst studied,the conversion of toluene was 30. 1%and the selectivity to para-xylene was 94.3% at the reaction temperature 773 K and WHSV 6h^(-1).
