饲料添加剂中微量元素原子吸收分光光度研究

摘要 本文研究了在同一介质条件下,分两组分别测定饲料添加剂中铜、锌、铁、镁和锰5种微量元素的 AAS 法.许多常见共存元素不干扰测定.每1ml 中铜0~150μg,锌0~30μg,铁0~300μg,镁0~40μg,锰0~200μg,呈直线关系.标准加入回收率分别为102.5%,96.0%,97.5%,101.0%和101.0%.方法操作简便、快速. Determinations of five microelements(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Mn)in fodder affix by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry have been investigated.The determinations were car- ried out in two groups and in same medium.Many other co-existed elements do not inter- fere in the analysis.The method is convenient and rapid.The ranges of linear absorption were 0~150 μg/ml for copper,0~30 μg/ml for zinc,0~300 μg/ml for iron,0~40 μg/ml for magnesium,and 0~200 μg/ml for manganese.The standard-added rates of re- covery were 102.5%,96.0%, 97.5%,101.0% and 101. 0% respectively.
