Risk Defense in Process of Agricultural Structural Adjustment

在农业结构调整过程中 ,既有来自于农业生产经营系统内部的风险 ,如技术风险、管理风险、部分市场风险等 ,又有来自于系统外部的风险 ,如部分自然风险、政策风险、行政干预等 ;对于农业结构调整中的风险控制应遵循科学性、适度性、分散性及市场性原则 ;对于一些不可控制的风险 ,应通过农业保险、农业产业化、定单农业等形式建立风险转移机制。

In the process of agricultural structural adjustment,there is not only the inner risk from agricultural productive management system,such as technologic risk,management risk,market risk and so on,but also the external risk,such as natural risk,risk in policy,administrative interference risk etc.;For the risk control in the process of agricultural structural adjustment,we must follow these principles of scientific,appropriate,dispersal and marketability;For the uncontrollable risk,we must construct a risk transfer mechanism by means of agricultural insurance,agricultural industrialization and agricultural order forms.
