摘要
如何减少农村剩余劳动力 ,推动农村地区经济发展 ,根据新时期农村人口及其经济形势变化特点 ,强调指出必须加快城镇化步伐 ,并提出了在我国发展小城镇的种种对策和建议。
In order to decrease surplus population and propel the development of economy in rural areas,it is very important to quicken up the step of rural urbanization. According to the changeable feature of rural population and economy, the author puts forwards several answers concerned and presents some advices in principle.
