摘要
本文报道了史氏鲟饲料脂肪最适含量的结果。试验饲料是以酪蛋白、鱼粉、糊精和纤维素等为主要原料配制而成的等氮 (蛋白质含量 4 1% )和等能量的 ( 11 2MJ/kg饲料 )的半精制饲料 ,以等量混合的海水鱼油、豆油作为添加的脂肪源 ,设 0、2 %、4 %、6%、8%和 10 %共 6种添加浓度。试验周期为 2 5d。结果显示 :增重率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率均以脂肪含量 7 6% - 9 6%的 4、5组饲料最佳 ,与脂肪含量分别为 1 6%和 3 6%的 1、2组饲料差异显著 ,但与脂肪含量分别为 5 6%和 11 6%的 3、6组饲料差异不显著。如果考虑到饲料成本 ,把史氏鲟饲料脂肪的最适合量设定在
Anexperiment was conducted to determine the optimal lipid level of feed for growing of Acipenser schrencki Brandt.The experimental diets were isonitrogenous and isoenergetic,with casein,fish meal dextrin and cellulose as main ingredients.All diets contained 41% protein and an estimated energy value of 11 2 MJ/kg of diet.Dietary lipid levels ranged from 1 6% for group 1 to 11 6% with a mixture of marine fish oil and soybean oil (1∶1) as lipid sources.The experiment lasted for 25 days.Prawns receiving diets lipid levels 7 6% to 9 6% groups 4-5 had best growth rate,feed conversion and protein efficiency,which were significantly different from those receiving diet with lipid contents of 1 6% for group 1 and 3 6% for group 2 but not significantly different from those receiving diets with lipid contents of 5 6% for group 3 and 11 6% for group 6.As considering feed cost,it is reasonable to contain about 8% lipid in feed for Acipenser schrencki Brandt.
