本文研究了生长激素 ( PST)脂质体在仔猪体内的药物代谢动力学 ,分析了血浆中生长激素浓度随时间的变化曲线 ,确定其释药模型为单室模型 ,求出了各项动力学参数 ,揭示 PST脂质体的缓释效果显著 ,缓释时间长达 7d以上。

In the PST liposome of pig body, the pharmacokinetics and the effect on the performance of fattening pig were studied and the changeable curve of growth hormone in the serum as the time changed was analysed. The extended redease model was decided to be one compartment and all the parameters of dynamics were reckoned. The results showed that the extended release effect of PST liposome was significant and the time of extended release lasted for over 7 days.\;
