摘要
本文报导了棉籽仁、棉籽油中脂肪酸含量分析的实验方法,给出了几种棉籽仁中水分、粗脂肪含量和棉籽仁、棉籽饼、棉籽油申脂肪酸含量的分析结果。研究结果表明:无毒棉籽仁中粗脂肪和不饱和脂肪酸的含量与有腺体棉籽仁中的粗脂肪和不饱和脂肪酸的含量相当,这对于评价棉籽仁营养品质和科学培育棉花优良品种具有一定的意义。
The methods for determining the fatty acids in cottonseed kernel and oil were introduced,and the contents of moisture,crude fat and some fatty acids in different materials were also given.The results showed that the crude fat and unsaturated fatty acids contents were similar between the glandless and glanded varieties,which were useful for evaluating their nutrious quality and cultivating good varieties.
