摘要 主生产计划是 MRP / ERP(manufacturing resources planning/ enterprises resources plannig)中的一个重要组成部分 .在市场需求多变的竞争环境下 ,不确定性大大增加了 ,使得现行的 MRP 系统的生产计划缺乏动态响应性 .增加 MRP 系统的动态响应性的主要措施是提高主生产计划 (MPS)的柔性 .研究了不确定性对MRP 主生产计划的影响 ,在生产计划中引入柔性变量 ,提出了需求柔性和供应柔性的概念 ,并建立了相应的算法模型 .在应用软件开发中应用所建立的理论模型 ,实现了主生产计划的柔性决策 . Master production scheduling (MPS) is an important part in MRPⅡ/ERP system. In the competition environment of changing demand, uncertainty is increasing. MRPⅡ can not respond to this change timely. This paper discusses the influence of uncertainty on master production scheduling, introduces flexible variable, presents concepts of flexible demand and flexible supply, and establishes relative algorithm model. The established theory is utilized in the development of MRPⅡ.
