严厉打击走私是我国海关当前的一项重要工作,本文主要介绍如何通过改造集装箱码头龙门吊的重量检测装置,并利用集装箱码头的无线终端系统和港口的EDI系统与海关监控系统联网,对所有进出口集装箱进行拉网式的称重过滤,从中发现有走私嫌疑的集装箱,并实施查验布控措施。

One of the major tasks of Customs is to severely attack smuggling. This paper is to introduce how the crane weighing facility in a container terminal is modified to screen out abnormal import and export containers, with the aid of the inter-networking between the Radio Terminal System of the container terminal; EDI System of the port; and the Monitoring System of Customs. The objective is to hunt for suspicious containers on the spot so as to arrange inspection accordingly.
