摘要
On the basis of the result of a survey, the paper analyzes several ubiquitous drawbacks of existing distance education system, points out developing direction and user expectation of future distance education system. Sequentially, based on the analysis, we propose several related key research issues in the field of computer science and technology, which we think is the object researchers should put energy into.
