摘要
根据断层测量反求中提取轮廓的要求,针对CT和MRI图象的特点,综合利用图象的前期处理方法及灰度门限分割算法将图象二值化,提出并实现了按行扫描取点然后按距离进行轮廓跟踪的轮廓提取算法。
According to the characteristics of medical CT & MRI images, an algorithms to preprocess images and to segment the gray degree gate-limit regions was used to transform a image to a binary-value image. A creative method to fetch points by means of line scan and to extract contours by tracing contours according to distance was provided and fulfilled based on the binary-value images.
