摘要
通过研究高沸点有机物对烧结式锌铝涂层粘结过程的作用来解析涂层的粘结原理 ,得出如下结论 :六价铬的还原主要在烧结阶段完成 ;30 0℃以下 ,涂层中CrO3·nCr2 O3的热稳定性不受高沸点有机物影响 ,而ZnCrO4则被其还原。
The binding mechanism of sintered zinc aluminum coating is analyzed by studing the effect of high boiling point organic compound on the binding process. The conclusion is: hexavalent chromium is reduced mainly during sintering; the heat stability of CrO 3·nCr 2O 3 in the coating is not affected by high boiling point organic compound below 300°C while ZnCrO 4 is reduced.
