摘要
采用电子能谱 (EDS)、X射线衍射 (XRD)和扫描电镜 (SEM)等表面分析方法综合分析了铝在成膜促进剂、络合成膜剂和钨酸钠组成的中性体系中形成的高压阳极氧化膜的成分、形貌及结构。结果表明 ,该膜层的成分、形貌及结构与常规氧化膜有很大的区别 ,是一种新型铝氧化膜。膜层特殊的组成和结构导致膜层具有优异的性能。
The composition, morphology and structure of high voltage anodization film on aluminum, obtained from neutral mixed electrolyte containing film forming promoter, complex film forming agent and sodium tungstate, are analyzed with EDS, XRD and SEM. The results show that the film, greatly different from conventional oxide films in composition, morphology and structure, is a novel aluminum oxide film. Its special composition and structure result in excellent properties.
