Designs and realization for a breeding assist system of maize plant shape based on image technique

本文将计算机多媒体图像处理技术引入玉米植株株型研究,在获得成功的基础上,建立了集株型信息获取与表述、判别归类、亲子预测与选配等功能和玉米植株标准图像数据信息库及其管理于一体的玉米株型育种辅助系统。为玉米育种辅助选配和品种资源管理、鉴定提供了有效的手段。

s: A new method for obtaining information of plant shape via multi-media image processing was explored. Based on these, the system was established, which including the obtaining and expressing information of maize plant-shape, distinguishing and classifing of varietys, selecting and matching of parent抯 . Compared with the traditional breeding method, the system was more effective for breeding and administration of variety resources in maize.
