摘要
对于CSCW系统而言,系统的交互既包括人—机交互,也包括人—人交互,所以传统的人—机交互界面不能充分体现CSCW系统的人—人交互特性。本文首先对CSCW系统所涉及到的共享空间和群体感知问题进行分析,并归纳出一个CSCW系统应满足的最小感知要素集;然后结合一个协同工具WBTool的界面设计,论述了在设计CSCW系统的用户界面时,为提高群体成员间的相互感知度所提出的“动态组合光标”和“颜色标注”技术;同时,就有效解决界面的表现级共享问题而提出的“状态同步”和“动作同步”概念进行了阐述。
In CSCW system,interactions include both HMI and Hffl but the traditional HMI (Human Machine Interactive Interface)is unable to embody fully the characters of HHI. In the paper below, Firstly, based on the analyses of shared workspace and group awareness in CSCW system, the minimum awareness set necessary to satisfy the system is induced. Secondly, the methods of 'dynamical combination cursor'and 'color notation'to enhance interactive awareness among group members are discussed, when we design the interface of CSCW system. Finally, concepts of ' Status synchro-nization'and 'Action synchronization'are proposed to solve the interface shared problem.
