摘要 电力系统的实际运行中可能存在某些状态变量的越限。在线运行的无功 /电压控制软件必须首先满足运行安全要求 ,保证电压在其合格范围内 ,并进一步在电压安全的基础上降低有功损耗。通过将越限约束转化为等式约束 ,推导了进行电压越限校正的原—对偶内点算法。求解目标函数为控制变量动作次数最少的优化问题得到电压校正控制方案。并针对控制变量的选取、违限约束校正方法问题进行了分析。实际计算表明 ,可以有效地降低问题规模 。 Usually there are some state variables going over its operating limits in actual power system. The critical function of on-line reactive power/voltage control package should first satisfy the operating security requirements in power system keeping voltage within its regular span and furthermore it should decrease active power loss on the basis of voltage security. A primal-dual interior point methodology is deduced through converting over-limit unequal constraints into equality constraints. In this paper the corrective scheme is obtained through solving an optimal problem with objective function as minimum sum of control variables action. And the selection of corrective variable and priority of over-limited constraints are also analyzed. It is proved by actual calculation that the method applied here has good efficiency to reduce problem size and correction times.
