考虑板形的中板轧机负荷分配策略及模型的研究 被引量:6

摘要 对于缺少弯辊等装置的中板轧机 ,压下负荷分配是一种重要的板形控制手段。中板轧机的压下负荷分配 ,必须遵循道次最少、板形前后道次分开的原则 ,并兼顾板形良好。通过仿真模型计算结果与实际生产结果的比较 。 The load distribution of draft is a key factor in shape control for plate mills where roll bending system or roll shifting system has not been equipped. The principle of draft must be complied with the rules, such as persistence in least passes, separation of the passes in shape control and keeping good profile and flatness. According to a comparison in calculating results by the simulative model with actual production data, the above-mentioned viewpoints are confirmed.
