摘要
分析了热矿筛筛板使用寿命短的原因 ,筛板材料的高温硬度低和高温耐磨性差是主要因素。为了改善筛板材质的性能 ,对其化学成分进行了科学设计 ,并探讨了铸造和热处理工艺。研究表明 ,新筛板的使用寿命达到CrMnN钢筛板的两倍。新筛板价格与CrMnN钢的相近 。
This paper discusses the reasons of short service life of screen plate used for hot sinter screening.Poor hardness and abrasion-resistance under high temperature were considered the main factors that affected the plate screen service life.In order to improve the properties of the screen plate,we scientifically designed the chemical composition of a new abrasion-resistant cast iron,studied its foundry and heat treatment parameters.The results showed that the service life of the new screen plate was one time longer than that of Steel CrMnN.As for the price,they are nearly the same.Therefore,the adoption and spread of the new screen plate will lead to great benefit.
